I purchased an item early november for $139.00 for a bulb online through the website.
The gift was for my husband as part of a christmas present, note that I
am unemployed with two kids and that is a large purchase for me. It is now
10 days before christmas and I have not heard from the company, did not recieve email confirmation or anything. I logged into the site which clearly states items ordered by 5pm shipped the same day. I logged in and viewed the
status which conveniently says Processing. I called the company and got voice mail. After emails and phone calls I have heard nothing from this company. I checked my credit card and of course the money cleared right away.
I do not recommend buying anything from this company, they do not give
good customer service. They suck! I want my money back!
