Unfortunately, I can't give less than 1 star. We have choose Premiere Van line Quebec to move from Canada to California.
Pick-up: July, 22
supposed Delivery: August, 7-15
We still even don't know where is our stuff!!
Almost impossible to have a follow-up from our contact. He doesn't reply our calls or e-mails. I had to do the job of our contact and tried to get information from the us west branch. After 5 different people, I Learned our stuff weren't well registered and it was again in Toronto, more that a week after it was supposed to leave Toronto. We begin to be worried for our stuff. This person is really not professional and not concerned. I suggest you take another company, it can not be worse.
We can understand delays and errors, but not this lack of professionalism. He even didn't send the bill we asked for, what company does not want to be paid!!??
