Rip-off and very rude

I agreed to change from Century Link when the Preferred Long Distance sales lady inferred she was from Century Link and pitched a $25 per line cost. I have two lines and 20MB DSL. Since I also had DSL, that, too, was transferred to Preferred. When I received my first bill, the charge was $100 MORE than my Century Link bill!!
When I called to inquire, the representative was exceedingly rude! Rather than try to work with me to address the charges, he simply told me that I was wrong! That Century Link was not cheaper. I was sitting there looking at the bills in front of me. What a jerk!
I'm switching away from PLD immediately.

Did they explain pro-rate & bill in advance. Ask for Jose & he will help.
