Worst customer service ever!

Granted, these games can be played for free but this company wants and expects you to pay real money to play their games online. That being said, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.
Support tickets are either never answered or their answers have absolutely nothing to do with the question asked.
They continually blame the players computers for for the endless problems that we all experience at the same times. The games are unusable more often than not. Players experience items that just disappear, prizes earned they never receive and they do nothing about it. Their forums are just full of angry, frustrated, unhappy players.
I think the only reason people stay is because of the friendships they don't want to lose by leaving these horrible games. They clearly have program code and server issues but would rather tell us to clear our cache.
It's really just pitiful.
