Terrible customer service

I've played several of this company's games online over the past few years and they are all about manipulating people into spending money on a free game (if you want to have any success playing them) and then ignoring complaints about the game or the way the company operates. Some players seem to have some kind of "in" with the company and then like to swing their weight around threatening other players. On top of that - there are glitches and freezes and mistakes all of the time. I will not get sucked into anything else related to this company, that is for sure.
