Worse tech support ever!

Once again I was unable to play the Crystal game because of some mysterious
bug that tech support claimed was fixed , but never was. Where did these people learn their trade, because they really need to get more expertise before biting off more than they can chew. Gardens of Time has been a complete waste of my time and effort. Support took more than 5 days at a time to respond, and then, the problem never was fixed. I noticed GOT little star review is no longer available, and they should not have won any sort of reward for this game. Id rate them a -100..
Try rolling out a game that one can actually play and enjoy, instead of creating chaos you can't and don't know how to fix! The default 3 star rating is not one I chose!
