Price gouging. Selling non needed work

I called Platinum Wildlife on Saturday night. Our tech arrived an hour later than scheduled. We were than quoted $2,700 for bat removal ($1,500 for ridge guard). I was told I needed to put 50% down to get on the schedule, they charged my card the full amount. Our roof is 3 years old. We decided to have a roofer AND another animal control company come out and were told we DID NOT need the ridge guard. After 2 additional second opinions I called Platinum Wildlife Removal. I was told NO REFUNDS. I told them I still wanted the work done (minus the ridge guard) I was told I would still have to pay the full $2,700 even without having the work done. They refunded 1/2 my money but still have $1,396 that they will not give me back even though they did not do the work. I even offered to still pay the $99 inspection fee and just refund the $1,296 and they won’t! Please call around use another company! This company is price gouging.
