Unprofessional. At first they were good about fixing something that was wrong with the house i rented but then they'd take days and eventually not even come to fix it or say they fix it, go to the issue and just leave. The repair man even suggested that we put cardboard under the stove and fridge to keep it from leaning, instead of him fixing it. Not willing to work around my schedule, rude and when I asked the secretaries at the main office a question, they'd look at me like I'm dumb. Not to mention they're closed so early and on the weekends so if something happens, you have to wait until Monday to setup a work order and hope its fixed by the end of the week. They're prices are way too high as well.
