I am concerned this is a legitimate business. Three of us have tried to use credit cards to upgrade to a paid subscription but all of us have had all our credit cards declined which makes me wonder. When contacted the company responded they are a web-based company that can not take payments by phone and do not supply contact numbers. This just seems strange for a real business to have such poor customer service.
