Terrible! I was quoted $845 and final charge was over $2100. They picked up my stuff in a 16' budget rent a truck in Los Angeles and showed up to my place in DC two weeks late and brought an 18 wheeler. An 18 wheeler won't fit down many residential streets in DC, much less my one way street. That's where $400 of my extra charge came in. For them having to carry everything a block to my apartment. They really don't give you much choice once they have all your stuff. The quote was bogus as well as the online reviews, which is obvious only now that I've read the reviews here. I should have done more research.
