First of all they say that the are licensed and when asked for their license number they could not provide it. They also say they are a member of BBB however they are not. They came to fix my garage door and when they left the door broke the same night. When I called back the next day, they gave me the run around. They said somebody would call me back, nobody did. The next day I called and someone said that they will be at my house so i waited all day and nobody showed up. Finally I spoke to the "owner" after 3 days. When I finally got the "owner" he was rude and made me feel like it was my fault not the person that came to fix the door. The person lied on the invoice that he charged me for new cables but was clear that it was not fixed. They advertised that they accept credit cards and when it was time to pay he told me that they don't accept credit cards. Do NOT hire these con artist.
