The customer service experience with this company was horrible! I returned the saw and was told that they would send it back priority mail and 2 months later I still haven't received it! And every representative I speak with says that it is just sitting in the warehouse and they have no way to expedite the shipment. So buyers beware if you are dealing with this company you better have a lot of patience!
