Whoever is going with the company with their move, BE CAREFUL. These people were operating with FRAUD. They have changed their company names from Green Truck Management, Door2Door Moving and Storage, nonStop Vanlines and Fast & Efficient movers in the past few years. Also, these companies change owners/CEO on regular basis, so that the fraud that was committed, is not recorded in the government records. I have engaged these people on 27th July 2010 and they said a delivery time of 15days, but my shipment was never came to the destination. After calling so many times on 1st Sept, we receive a response from the company stating that my shipment was lost and they don't have single thing with them (I suppose those guys should inform to the customers). But fun part is that these people never felt the responsibility was filing a case with San Jose PD for almost 10days. They have given me the PD complaint# after pressuring them on 10th Sept, that too that was opened on the same day, 10th Sept. THEY ARE TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WOULD ADVICE NOT TO GO WITH THESE COMPANIES. I TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH WHATEVER GOOD REVIEWS THAT WERE PROVIDED. THESE COMPANIES ARE OPERATING WITH THIS ADDRESS: 1701 Fortune Dr, #f, San Jose, CA 95131 is FRAUD. DOT: 1818666 MC: 699608 Registration: T190684 ADVICE ALL PEOPLE TO CHECK THE RATINGS IN bbb.org website before engaging any movers. I do not want others to go through the same phase which I am going through. I haven't got my stuff till date.
