I've been with New Beginnings, LLC for almost a year and a half and cannot complain at all about them. Yes, like any business, you do pay a service fee. I have never called them and not had somebody readily available (except after business hours, of course). I never had a problem with communicating with them, and I've contacted them a lot! Not only that, they are professional. They have done an excellent job negotiating and helping me to pay my debts. Even with their service fees, I'm paying less, than I would be without them. They are not abusive at all, like my creditors and the collection companies were. Not even close. I even had a company file a law suit against me, which they can do. And New Beginnings negotiated with them, and I didn't have to go to court. They know the laws and have informed me of my rights, that I did not know before. And since I've been with them, I've been able to rest peacefully at night. I'm sure there are more customers out there like me. It is just difficult for anyone to be positive when they are suffering through financial hardship. And that is what this company helps people with. I want to give this business, New Beginnings, the positive credit I think it deserves, for the good work and professional service it provides me, during these difficult times in my life.
