Shocking customer service and extremely slow to respond to any form of contact.
Quick to take payments for Premium services but slow to resolve any problems you may encounter once they have your money.
Even if you self freeze, identity requirements to re-instate your account by Neopets are unrealistic even if they are still debiting your current Credit Card! If you have an aged account and can't remember your original email address, even if you self-froze for your own protection, they will respond with you can't prove your identity.
Disappointed with the treatment I have received from them after playing for over 7 years and being a Premium member for the last 4.
Would not let my own children play on a site that can freeze an account for any matter they choose at any time, with no re-course of action by the player or parent! You may end up with an upset child that has invested time and effort into a game and an online pet, to have it suddenly taken away from them!
