Neopets in one word is, unreliable.
I have had my eight year old account, which I've had since I was five, frozen for my "protection".
See this is fine and great, except they haven't gotten back to me since I wrote a complaint on July 30th.
I suggest not to let your children get sucked into this site, because it's all heart break if their account gets frozen.
