I have been a neo member for about 6 years now and I despair of their customer service practices. My last two accounts were premium and I had bought quite a bit of NC, I'm 22 and not likely to be cheating at an online game - however I have lost two main accounts (and all sides) in the lst year. First I and everyone in my building were frozen by tnt who did not believe we were different people, despite havign different email addresses, playing habits and us all filling out the forms to get our individual accounts back. One person got their account returned, no one else.
A month ago I was frozn again. The reason given this time was scamming other users. This seemed like nonsense to me as I had not recently bought or sold anything big, had not discussed buying or selling anything or otherwise engaged in any activities that could possibly put me in a position to be accused of scamming. I just logged off for 2 hours, came back and my account was gone. I have been unable to get any kind of personal response from my emails and so far have not been able to get a final answer to my BBB complaint. I can't imagine any other company getting away with this and I don't understand why they behave in this way.
