I am sorry to say that Neopets.com no longer cares about those whom they provide a service for. I bought over $1,500 in cash cards for this site, and I am in the process of quitting Neopets after being a loyal player for over ten years.
The staff of Neopets.com has heard their customers ask them to change the new y-ball game back to the older version so many of us could continue to play it. Neopets staff tells us to practice... impossible for me to do! Y-ball is only available to play during the once a year AC Tournament.
The worse part of this is the staff ignores their customers!
Neopets is a fail!
