This has been one of the most frustrating internet orders I have ever placed. Their phone numbers only work sporadically and they are unable to provide any accuracy on ship dates. I gave them 2 stars because they do have the best price, but in my opinion it was not worth the aggravation. I ultimately cancelled my order and paid slightly more just so I could get the robotic cleaner delivered in a timely manner. Their customer service, while pleasant, was unable to provide me any information or resolution.
