First they installed my glass shower enclosure with screws that rusted and stained my white marble. They took the enclosure apart and installed the right screws, but I had to pay for materials and fabrication for a WHOLE NEW slab that didn't even match my vanity. The shower leaked at the new caulk, but I didn't followup on it. I just scratched my head over why the slab started to slowly stain brown close to the leak.
Six years later one of the glass panels shattered, and I asked them for a price to fix it. They gave me a price, including "a small profit". I then realized the caulk they used must have not been approved for stone, and it dissolved my marble allowing water to seep into the slab so that a dark brown mold grew within. (Can you believe it? I really can't.) And then they wouldn't even honor their price with "the small profit" because they got too busy and are refusing to do the work at all.
