Customer Service is a joke.
Even after playing this game everday for a year straight, brining countless players into their community, and keeping many players around who wanted to quit, I was banned (again) for no reason..
In a world of online social ineptitude and immaturity, I have remained a bastion of kindness and a fortress of truth, defending the innocent in this war-torn game, and bringing pain to those who would bully.
I am quite simply put, well loved & well hated. =)
Many have tried to report me to get me "banned"
admittedly using "false" screenshots and taking things I have said out of context.
AS such, I had beseeched the GM's (Game Administrators) to help me with my problem. Instead of getting help with my problem, I am banned.
Please keep in mind also that I was sure to fully document my case, as the GM's requested. I was told to screenshot and report everything, which takes forever and I hated doing, but as opposed to being banned it was preferrable, and I followed the GM's intstructions to a T.
I even advised my guildies and friends in game to the same, resulting in a volume flooding of support for my character.
Regardless to all this, I am currently banned, no reason, no explanation.
After countless time invested into this game, and money, if I am still treated like a nothing, a nobody, i see no reason to continue this game.
I'm an extremely high level character, and well known on the server as one of the PVP-Elite
These types of games make me want to work to climb higher though, you know, lvl 130, and be the best of the best..
But, what is the point, when I can be banned forever, no explanation, no warning?
This particular ban is only temporary, but I will not be returning to the game.
Atlantica is not worth your time. You have zero defense against being banned without explanation, and for no reason, possibly forever.
