CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT. TRIED TO CHANGE IT. DIDN'T SHOW UP.

Jerked us around by confirming, then trying to get out of the appointment multiple times, then reconfirming, and then finally just not showing up at all. Told them upfront from the very beginning we only had one specific week without renters and they agreed, in writing, to do the work that week. Paul the owner even texted me if I signed the proposal, they would do it that week. After I signed, they suddenly said they were booked 4 weeks out and could "maybe squeeze us in". When I said we'll just cancel and hire somebody else, Paul changed his story and said he would do it. We drove 6 hours each way just to meet them. He guaranteed they would be out there bright and early the next day. After they were already scheduled to be there, he tells me they are running late and would be there later in the day. As the afternoon disappeared it was clear they never had any intention of doing it that day. Paul didn't even bother to tell us they weren't coming until late afternoon, and kept asking to do it the week after even though I told him several times the work couldn't be done with renters in the house. These guys are a joke and wasted our time and effort. Don't let them waste yours.
