Review 12/28/2010

I returned to Medcessity because of it's relaxed atmosphere, where staff members have ALWAYS been pleasant and helpful. On my third visit I was seen in a small room by a substitute PTA named Fernando Escobar whose demeaning and aggressive nature made me not want to return.
Every doctor I've seen refers to my pain as neuropathy. Fernando over-zealously insisted, after my mention of the word neuropathy, that I did not know what I was talking about and should seek a medical dictionary. In fact, every statement I made in his presence was immediately shot down and reworded by him as if I had done something to harm him. After I called Escobar on his rudeness, I received no apology FROM HIM, for this hurtful and unprofessional behavior. I do not understand why this physical therapist would sign-on to help patients feel better physically, only to treat them disrespectfully??? I can only hope that this was the man's first and last day at Medcessity.
Please understand that I was not dissatisfied with service at Medcessity. I requested to return because I appreciate a low-key atmosphere. Staff members are friendly, helpful and caring, which is why I made them holiday treats upon my return, two weeks ago.
