I live in Culver City and needed emergency help getting my home in Richland rented out. My tenant moved out unexpectedly without notice, leaving me without rent and the property in a mess. Management 1 went in and got the home cleaned up for me, posted the home for rent, and found me a renter within 2 weeks. I was very please with their fast reaction time and by finding me a replacement tenant very quickly. I highly recommend this management company.
