Great rate and great service! My loan originator, Andrew Martinez, was very responsive and provided me with a wealth of options to tailor this loan to my needs. He was always available to answer questions and apparently works long hours to make sure your
loan is processed. Not only were his fees and rates significantly lower than all of the other quotes I received, they did a good job to keep the closing costs down. All items I paid came out to be lower than what was quoted on my Good Faith Estimate. No surprises
here! Thanks a lot Andrew. As a result of this loan, I was able to pay off my home 8 years earlier than my original loan, with very little increase in my monthly payment. I'm a truly satisfied customer.
