La Furniture is a Scam

On August 14 2012, I did order 2972 Leather Sectional Sofa from LA Furniture online.
After I gave them my credit card they did charge me 952.32 dollars but they didn't tell me when it will be the delivery. So I call them and after telling me that it will take 4 hours to process the order they will let me know. Never got a call or answer back, I call again and they tell me that I will know when will be the sectional delivery in 3 days.
So I found out that I only have 2 days to cancel my order so I decided to cancel because it didn't sound good that they don't know when will be the delivery but after three days.
I did cancel the order 3 hours later and since then they are telling me that I will get my refund from 3 to 5 days and today is August 28 and still nothing. I want them to give me my money, I have been under a lot of stress because of this. I did call many times they hung up on me half of them and the other times they say something different, like the system is not working, the manager is not there because is having lunch, the accountant maybe forgot etc
This Company should be out of business they still from people and make them sick. I am very stressed I cant sleep.
