$1700 for a $38 thermostat

My RV was overheating as I left Cherokee headed East, I pulled into Ken Wilson Ford. Left it for service, two weeks later I picked it up with a $871 bill. 20 miles down the road the RV WAS OVERHEATING. Took it back and spoke to Ken Wilson, he said he would take care of it. Left it for "another" week, picked it up and they wanted another $923. This time they had replaced a $38 thermostat and of course not overheating. They did $1700 unnecessary work.
Ken Wilson, whose commercial say he alway had an open door would not talk to me.
