Watch out for the baseless and frivolous charges with these guys. He charged me for the sweeper bag which I changed myself a day before he claimed he changed it. I bought a new bag and replaced the old torn bag myself. I also had a receipt for the new bag from Leslie's Pool Supplies.
Second baseless charge was when he asked me to call him so that he can come over and give me estimate. On his visit he told me the sweeper can't be fixed so I have to replace it. He said he can replace it for $450. I asked him I will find a cheaper one. Since we meet for the first time I talked to him about different service needs of the pool. Next thing I know he sent me a bill for talking to him for half hour.
I got sweeper fixed from other pool service for less than $150. So he was not even honest about that sweeper can be fixed.
Poor customer service. I will give this company F- and will never recommend to anyone.
