TERRIBLE customer service, terrible hosting services. My IP has been blacklisted by their servers TWICE in the past 10 days. The first time, they put me on the white list & all was well. Then, the other day, I renewed my service & paid extra for faster servers and a dedicated IP address. Now my IP is black listed again and I cannot access my email, my website, cPanel, or any of the services I have been paying for. This has been going on for 4 hours now, and I have not had a response from Customer Support in over 2 hours now.
