No so Fab
I called to get my membership cancelled because their website doesn't give you the option to do so yourself... When I called I was not listened to, the customer service rep just kept trying to sell me things... I know this is their job, to try and keep people buying, but if I call you to cancel my account, and I tell you what I want, stop talking and listen to me and do what I need you to do. When she finally says ok let me go ahead and cancel this for you, they put me on hold and then come back tell me that it is cancelled and that if I ever want to go back to the site, to call them to get the account reactivated... I went to the account to make sure that everything was done, and the account shows active, and my credit card information is still in it... Now why the hell are you not able to remove my information? Your shoes are ridiculously uncomfortable and I do not wish to ever do business with you so you should have the option to remove my information from your site. This is ridiculous. I was a member of Kim Kardashian's site for a while and I was able to cancel my account online and they DID NOT KEEP my information... I hate the Kardashians, but at least they do business the right way. You business has been reported to the BBB and I sure hope other people are doing the same thing. ZERO stars to this ridiculous excuse for a business.

Carolina R., We do apologize for any misunderstanding. Our customer service is very important to us and your information has been forwarded to our Quality Assurance Manager for further review and the proper training will be implemented. We would like to let you know there is definitely no obligations in making purchases every month. Our VIP Program is listed under “How JustFab works” on the website. In the terms and conditions it does state once you have made your first purchase you become a VIP member and our terms and conditions apply to you. The terms and conditions can be found at the bottom page of our website. It states once you become a VIP member that you must log into your account between the 1st-5th of every month and either make a purchase, or click the “Skip This Month” button. If you do nothing by the 5th, you are then debited $39.95 which turns into a JustFab member credit, good for any one item of $39.95. We also have another option called Pay As You Go. To have your account switched to this option, you would simply let our Fashion Consultants know via phone. We do require our members to contact us to cancel their account for verification purposes. Rest assured, once your account has been canceled your credit card information is disabled and will no longer be billed. Our members privacy is one of our utmost priorities and no further access to your account can be granted without your authorization. If you have any other questions or concerns, our Fashion Consultants will gladly confirm your accounts status at 866-337-0906, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
