Joe's quote was very inexpensive but I have paid with blood and tears for my desicion to hire him.
We hired Joe Germano for a home addition in Palo Alto.
When I questioned him about excesive abscencess and timing (He said job would be completed in 9 to 11 weeks... 12 weeks have gone by and there is no ending in sight)he became became angry and left the job site. Now he is claiming that we fired him and in order to come back he wants the full amount in advance... Go figure....
