The absolute worst company to deal with. Even BBB gives them a D-. Deceit, evasion, and trickery their motto. Purchased spa via AQUAVANTAGE GE MONEY scheme. Was told by sales person that we could take delivery whenever we were ready. Fine. Began paying for spa, making regular payments to GE MONEY (scheisters), after we had deck built to accomidate spa, company would not return phone calls...has gone on for over 2 years!!! Unbelievable !!! when we were fortunate to have someone actually pick up the phone, we were told the company was sold and new owners did not have our spa nor our paperwork!
Do your self a favor, do not deal with this company... they are a rip off and a cheat. Beware, we are still trying to get our money back from GE MONEY.
We still dont have spa and are paying unbelievably high interest as a result.
They dont deserve any stars at all, they shouldnt be in business with such deceit and dishonesty + no integrity at all!!!
