I purchased the Magic Bullet and after using it only a few times, the small black part (I think it's a coupling) that sits on top of the motor cracked. I tried to get a replacement part through Homeland Housewares and I had to send pictures of the box and of the magic bullet, then they wanted pictures of the 10sec. receipe book, finally I thought enough is enough, they can keep their replacement part. Not only did they want all this proof that it was a magic bullet, there was a charge for the part(which I would have paid), and shipping. I was just really discussed with the whole ordeal.
