I am posting this because I originally came to this site before I hired Home Alert to work on my existing system. The reviews were good so I called Home Alert and my customer service rep Ryan was more than helpful over the phone. Juan was the technician that came to my home and he was hands down the most helpful individual which addressed all of my needs!!!! Thank you again
