I met with salesmen "MO" and I bought a 2004 PT Cruiser- "CASH"! Very nice at first and did follow me home to bring my new car home. About a week later I called him and asked if it was "Possible" I can get a battery for my key alarm cause it was weak. He said "NO PROBLEM" and verified my address (*no charge mentioned so I figure free for his commission). A week later I called him to see if he mailed, he said YES. He said I'll send it again "NO PROBLEM". Again, a week later I asked if he sent it, he was very surprised I didn't get it, and said this time he's going to send it "Fed-Ex", so someone could "Sign for it"(At this point He made me feel like I was begging and maybe lying about not getting it). 4 weeks after my 1st call, and still no battery. (I guess Fed-Ex got lost?) **Very POOR customer service "AFTER" you pay CASH for a car. Never go here again and I DON'T RECOMMEND! Sorry MO, but next time I'll buy from Larry or Curly. (the other 2 stooges) I would rather he just tell me "NO" in the beginning and I pay cash for the darn thing.
