I have been with GQ for almost 6 months, along with electing for coaching, their add-on service. I speak to my coach on a regular basis, along with constant email communication. If I reach out, I hear from back from my matchmaker/coach or customer service shortly thereafter - even on weekends. Always impressed how quickly he replies and open to impromptu phone calls.
