Excellent customer service

I had recently signed up and was excited to get started. But then Covid hit and I was furloughed so I was not sure it was a good use of my discretionary income at that time and in the event my situation would prolong. I was assigned a matchmaker but I cancelled my membership before my interview. Customer service was exceptional. They quickly responded, and this was a Saturday, understood my situation and refunded my membership fee. From the limited time spent with them I was very impressed. They were patient and accommodating. In fact, my matchmaker also reached out to confirm the refund, to wish me safe and well, and to say he hopes he has the opportunity to work with me in the future.
