While beginning my adventure on this website it was quite fun. My friends and I spent our money buying accessories for our "avatars." Then one day we were unfairly banned. When I contacted a moderator I was told that when a complaint is filed the persons account is banned until they do an investigation, which will take at least a year to get to because of backup. How about guilty until proven innocent? I still haven't heard anything and it has been about 2 years.
Parents. Do NOT give your children money, or your credit card to get scammed with this website.
I think the company would be great if they had better customer service and actually investigated their claims.
