I called them in the morning, left a message about my fridge, they got back to me as soon as they opened. They asked for my serial # to check if I was still within warranty. Scheduled an appointment for the same day. They were on time (which is rare in Florida let alone anywhere else). They explained everything showed me what went wrong and the price was the amount we talked about on the phone (labor + parts). 10-20 minutes they finished up, cleaned up, and were on their way.
Overall I haven't had this quality of service from any Florida company in a long long time. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
