On Monday June 14, the Explorer Insurance Co. insured driver slammed into the car parked behind my parked car. After being hit that parked car slammed into the back of my parked car.
The whole process of dealing with Explorer and their employees was more than professional. They were prompt to respond with all the questions I had (via phone or e-mail), and with they work they had to do on their end.
In the end I was happy with the outcome, and I just wanted to publicly thank all the people of Explorer Insurance company I worked with there.
