This place is an absolute scam. They tell you they sell you a credit report and then enlist you in a recurring monthly credit report service that is deep in fine print on the agreement that is multiple pages long. Nowhere up front did it say it was a trial (i was actual paying for detailed report not trying to get a free summary report). 7 months later I see they have been billing me $15 dollars a month. I called them and they acknowledge that it happens often, and that they know i didn't access any of the reports but the best they can do is refund the last months charge. They said i could mail a letter to the consumer group- so i did. 2 months later i get a form letter back saying sorry we cant do anything for you. I want my money back, They are robbing other people just like they robbed me.
