No poster - No communication!!

We have placed an order almost 2 months ago, and although we are in Australia, we would have expected to receive our poster by now. I have emailed & called numerous time & have received no response. We placed an order for another poster with a different
company in the USA & received it within 4 weeks. I can understand if there is a problem supplying the poster, but to not answer my enquiries is unforgivable. From other reviews I have read, this appears to be common practise for this company. Unless something
changes I would rate them as zero stars!!
