This shipment did go out one day late due to the wrong image being stocked. A custom framed item takes up to 10 business days (no holidays or weekends) for production and then is shipped out. The order was actually shipped out on the 11th business day. The customer was emailed a tracking number and shipping notice the day it was shipped out (which was actually before they posted this review). We did apologize to the customer for any inconvenience the delay in shipping caused them. We also did communicate with them via email, as they had contacted us in this way as well. We think that the customer may have misunderstood our shipping time frame and may have expected the order to be in hand within 10 days. The website states to allow up to 10 business days for production and then the order is shipped out. Shipping transit time varies from 1 to 6 days.
