I read the last two reviews and I am in shock.
The same thing is happening to me.
I gave the salesmen a check for 4700 dollars. Waited for delivery Fri then Sat
No one show up.
I call the main office and left a message to cancel my order.
The sales rep. Call me to try convince me to set up another delivery date.
I said no I just wanted my money back. Saying you told me I could return the product after 30days
money back guarantee. So seeing I didn't even receive the system why make me wait for a refund?
He said they will send me a form after I complete this and mail it to them I will get my 4,700 dollars.
Well I have yet to get the form.
The law needs to investigate this company right now.
It is now Oct 24 2011 and I still have not receive my refund.
