If you want to workout with Kettle Bells (and I can’t think why you wouldn’t), it is crucial that you have a good teacher. With Keira Newton, you have a great one. She has years of training and experience as a Feldenkrais Practitioner, which means that she is highly trained in the art and science of movement and that she has worked with many people, of all ages and with every imaginable injury or problem, to help them move better. This expertise she brings to her Kettle Bell teaching. When you work with Keira, you will get your form right- and you will get maximum benefit from your workout, with very little chance of injury. Her classes are fun, hard and never boring. I recommend her highly.
