Never ordered the toner they were trying to sell us over the phone, in fact told them no twice, the second call I actually had to hang up because they were harassing about selling us the toner. Company shipped product anyway and then when we tried to send it back they refused claiming we must pay for it. Outrageous! Not only is this bad business practice it is illegal in Arizona. After posting a complaint on the BBB in Jan. of 2008 we received a harassing phone call yesterday 5/1/08 telling us they were going to send us to collections. This is bogus and other people should know. We are a very established Company and this doesn't cause us to worry, however I feel it necessary to comment about our experience. The fact of the matter is this can happen very easily to any company and they know this, this is their business and it needs to stop.
