This company is completely unprofessional and rude! I tried contacting the company about a complaint I had and was told, very rudely, that I could not be helped. When I asked to speak to the owner I was refused and told that they were not authorized to give out such information....and that they were on vacation anyways. I later sent the company an email asking the owner to contact me, which he did. As soon as I answered the phone he proceeded to yell at me saying that I was rude and yelled at his staff (he said he had a tape). However, that's a bold-face lie because I have several witnesses who can vaidify that that I indeed did no such thing. When I asked him to stop yelling and let me explain he hung up on me! I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional and irrate company!!! I advise that this company be investigated for wrongful business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING TREATED POORLY, DISRESPECTFULLY, AND YELLED AT!
