Very disappointing

You could have told me before you scammed me out of $50.00 to give me an estimate...that you could not fix my television. Even though I asked you to please look at it and make sure that it could be fixed, before you scammed me out of $50.00 for an estimate..I asked you NOT to call me the next day and tell me that you could not fix my TV...and what did you do...call me the next day and say "sorry, can't fix your tv..this tv is hard to get parts for"...gee...why not be nice and tell me that before you scammed me out of $50.00 bucks and made me make a trip to your store twice...????? I don't get it...Final act of kindness...went to pick up my TV...store empty...someone sitting at a computer...continues looking at computer...finally says" be right with you"...continues on computer for another 10 minutes...finally...he stands up...hello........HELLO....this is NOT customer service...!!!!!
