This company and its employees are definitely SCUM, especially the so called owner/misrepresenting himself as an attorney Charles Stanley!
I am a debtor and I believe they use trickery to get judgments against the debtors as well as trickery in paying their customers their fair share. The BBB definitely has a better report on them than they deserve. However, I'm not surprised because they are full of it too!
I plan to find a way to put these people out of business someday. Someday they are going to slip up and get themselves into legal trouble with the crap they pull!
