I ordered two benches from this company on June 2, 2009. I have sent 4 emails and made 2 phone calls inquiring about my order; Is the order on back order, when will it ship, please update me as to what is going on with the order. To this date I have had no response from this vendor all I know is that my money has posted to my account. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
